Project Architecture & Details

This is a design concept created by the CodecFactory team to show our UI/UX approach. It is not a client project.

The idea

Property buyers compare many listings on their phones. This concept makes searching, comparing and booking a site visit as quick as possible.

Design decisions

• Search and quick filters (buy, rent, size, budget) at the top
• Listing cards led by price, location and key details
• A property page with beds, baths and area in easy-to-scan tiles
• A persistent "Book a site visit" button that connects to the agency's CRM

Tools

Designed in Figma, ready for Flutter or a React web app, with booking connected to GoHighLevel or Salesforce.
