1. Data Storage & Isolation

Codec Factory deploys local model nodes and databases (PostgreSQL/Pinecone) behind isolated Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) policies on AWS. We do not store or parse prompts on third-party public logs unless explicitly requested by the corporate user for debugging purposes.

2. Vector Embeddings Retention

Semantic embeddings mapped from vendor bills, contract PDFs, or medical logs are indexed inside credential-isolated vector clusters. We configure daily encrypted snapshots to protect indices against physical drive loss or VPC breaks.

3. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses essential cookies to keep the site secure and working, for example to protect our contact form. We also use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. This information is processed by Google and may be transferred outside your country. We do not use it to identify you personally.

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
