This is an automation concept created by the CodecFactory team to show how we design workflows. It is not a client project.

The problem

Growing online stores often copy orders into spreadsheets, book couriers by hand and answer "where is my order?" messages all day.

The workflow

1. A paid order arrives from Shopify (via Razorpay or Stripe)
2. n8n checks stock and chooses the warehouse
3. A courier is booked and a tracking number created
4. The customer receives a WhatsApp and email update with tracking
5. Inventory and CRM records are updated automatically

Why it works

• Orders move from payment to dispatch without copy-paste
• Customers get updates before they ask
• Stock stays accurate across channels
